We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how our returns work:

✅ You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund.

✅ Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

✅ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.

Please note the following exceptions:

❌ Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
❌ Personalised or custom items are non-refundable.
❌ Items that have been worn, damaged or are not in original packaging cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email us at sunsets-secrets@mail.com with:
· Your order number
· The item(s) you'd like to return
· Your reason for returning

We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we may not be able to process unrequested returns.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
