Ordering and acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

• When you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgement. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and you receive a dispatch confirmation.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in British Pounds and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

 

Shipping and delivery

• We offer free UK mainland shipping. Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch.

• Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once we have received full payment.

• If an item is out of stock we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

 

Returns and refunds

• You have the right to cancel and return goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided goods are returned in original packaging and condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

• To start a return contact sunsets-secrets@mail.com with your order number.

• Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. We may request evidence of the fault.

 

Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched standard returns apply.

 

Warranty and care

• Our jewellery is 18k gold plated and described as waterproof and tarnish free for everyday wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater, chlorine and harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.

• We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for loss or damage arising from defective goods is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

Intellectual property

• All content on the site including images, text, logos and designs is owned by or licensed to Sunsets & Secrets. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

 

Privacy

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.
