SHIPPING & RETURNS

Yes — free UK mainland delivery on every order. For international shipping rates and estimated delivery windows, see our full Delivery & Returns page for details.

We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days. UK orders typically arrive within a few working days after dispatch; international times vary by destination. Your order confirmation includes tracking where available. See our full Delivery & Returns page for details.

If you're not completely happy, return the item unworn and in its original packaging within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds section of the Terms & Conditions. See our full Delivery & Returns page for details.

ORDERS

Once your order ships we’ll email tracking details where available. If you haven’t received tracking info within a few days of dispatch, email sunsets-secrets@mail.com with your order number and we’ll check for you.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at sunsets-secrets@mail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll always do our best to help, but cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where available. All payments are processed securely.

Yes — an order confirmation and invoice are emailed after purchase. 

PRODUCTS

Our jewellery is resistant to water, sweat and general moisture, making it suitable for everyday wear. As with all plated jewellery, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chemicals, perfumes, chlorine or saltwater. Follow the care tips on our Jewellery Care page to keep pieces glowing.

Our jewellery is crafted from 18k gold‑plated titanium steel, chosen for its durability, shine and everyday wearability. Each product page includes full material details. We aim to be gentle on skin but cannot guarantee suitability for all metal allergies. If you have sensitivities, contact us before ordering and we’ll advise.

Rinse with fresh water after salt or sweat, pat dry with a soft cloth, and store in a dry place. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged contact with perfumes or lotions. See our Jewellery Care page for full guidance.

If something goes wrong, contact sunsets-secrets@mail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll assess repair or replacement options in line with our Terms & Conditions.
